  Had my first ever perm done by Sharon. Professional and friendly service and it was obvious she knew what she was doing. I love my hair and she did a fantastic job. Will be back!

  I went to this salon on a recommendation.
  I was letting my hair grow out to gray, & wanted the coloured section done with some foils to try & blend it to the new growth, rather than a drastic cut- as my hair was past my waist in length.
  I was asked if I wanted a cut/tidy up- which I agreed to, but showed the hairdresser that I wanted just above my waist.
  She didnt ask how I wanted it cut- nothing- just proceeded to cut it in a blunt cut, 5" above where I wanted it & also did nothing to texture the ends- just cut straight across & finished.
  I also had foils, which came out multi-coloured, not the colour I was hoping for & the new growth that I didnt want touched- she applied something to it that made it the colour of steel wool.
  I left this salon with my hair an absolute mess, so much worse than I had walked in with.
  I was offered a redo or refund- which I ended up taking the refund, as they didnt listen to what I wanted the first time- so why would they the second.
  If I could give 1/2 a star- I would.
  I have since found another hairdresser, that did listen to me & has corrected most of the horrible colours & mess, that my hair ended up in.
